Herbalife has promoted Dr. John Agwunobi, co-president and chief health and nutrition officer, to CEO, effective March 30, 2020. John DeSimone, co-president and chief strategic officer, will become president. Michael Johnson will remain chairman.
With 20 years in direct selling, Jeff Hill has joined Shaklee Corp. as president of global sales. He returned to the company after more than 12 years, having served as president in 2006-2007. In the interim, he spent time at Tahitian Noni (now Morinda) and more than eight years at Team Beachbody.
Timothy Wood, Ph.D., has been appointed to USANA’s board of directors. Before his retirement in 2011, Wood served as vice president of research and development at USANA. Having joined the company in 1996, he led USANA’s research and development department for 15 years.

Modere has appointed exercise and nutrition sciences expert Todd Miller, Ph.D., to its Scientific Advisory Board. Miller is an associate professor in the Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences at George Washington University in Washington D.C. focused on healthy body composition.
