ohn Agwunobi, Herbalife Nutrition Herbalife has promoted Dr. John Agwunobi, co-president and chief health and nutrition officer, to CEO, effective March 30, 2020. John DeSimone, co-president and chief strategic officer, will become president. Michael Johnson will remain chairman.

He returned to the company after more than 12 years, having served as president in 2006-2007. In the interim, he spent time at Tahitian Noni (now Morinda) and more than eight years at Team Beachbody.
