Sarah Bjorgaard has been promoted to general manager, U.S. market, at Young Living Essential Oils. Bjorgaard will lead all sales, marketing and operations efforts for the U.S. Bjorgaard joined Young Living in 2018 with more than 26 years of experience in direct sales, having worked for Tastefully Simple, Melaleuca, Plexus and Mary Kay.
Kyle Eitman has been promoted to director of distributor compensation at It Works! Global. Eitman has been at It Works! for more than eight years, previously serving as senior manager of distributor compensation as well as taking on leadership of loss prevention. He started his career in banking and financial services.
Avon Products Inc. has appointed Goran Petrovic as group vice president and general manager, Russia and Eastern Europe. Petrovic brings extensive experience in social selling through leadership, sales, and marketing roles in North America and Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, Goran was president of Avon Canada.
USANA Health Sciences has promoted Brent Neidig to chief officer and managing director of China. As executive vice president of China since February 2017, Neidig oversaw USANA’s Chinese subsidiary, BabyCare, and the expansion of USANA’s presence in China. Neidig formerly led the organization’s ethics and education team before the new role.
Isagenix International has hired Joshua Plant, Ph.D., as its chief science officer. Plant will oversee the research and development, product design and development, product commercialization, and quality assurance of all products. Plant previously served as chief operating officer of Zija International.
