Maribeth Dodd, It Works!
It Works! has promoted Maribeth Dodd to vice president, U.S. sales and field development. Dodd has developed people and sales strategies for the past decade with It Works!. She will now oversee a group of regional sales managers. Dodd is also a freelance speaker and worship leader as well as co-founder of Brave Worship.
Nichole Williamson, It Works!
Nichole Williamson has rejoined It Works! in the newly created role of vice president, customer experience. Williamson most recently served as head of audience strategy at Amazon. Before that she was with It Works! for four years culminating with serving as senior director, digital CX, lifecycle and loyalty.

Peter Dale, Kannaway
Kannaway has promoted Peter Dale to global chief sales officer. Previously, Dale served as the company’s Japan division general manager. He will now oversee global sales and business development teams, processes, and strategies. Dale has more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience and has been with Kannaway since 2019.
Gene Tipps, Plexus
Gene Tipps has been promoted to president of global operations at Plexus Worldwide. Tipps will provide strategic leadership in R&D, IT, and procurement, as well as continue to lead operations. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at Plexus. Tipps’ 20-year career includes working with FFH Intl., Yevo, LifeVantage, and Zrii.
What was your cause or foundation’s biggest win this year?
This fall, MONAT Gratitude launched an initiative to help narrow the achievement gap in underserved communities around the world by pledging to donate $1 million through grants to eligible nonprofit organizations. We are focused on supporting K-12 programs that provide arts, music, sports or entrepreneurship opportunities to help students grow into knowledgeable, well-rounded adults. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to explore their talents and achieve their full potential. We are proud to expand our efforts through this program and hope these grants open doors to brighter futures for thousands of talented young people around the world.

Asha Gupta, Amway
Amway has hired Asha Gupta as its new chief strategy and corporate development officer. Gupta will lead the development of its long-term global business strategy and evaluate opportunities for distributors. She joins Amway after 23 years at Tupperware where she served as executive vice president and chief strategy and marketing officer.
Xia Ding, USANA
USANA Health Sciences Inc. has named Xia Ding to its board of directors. Ding currently serves as vice president of e-commerce Asia Pacific and Latin America for Nike. She has shown leadership in the e-commerce and digital business sector and has served in management roles at a number of global online and omnichannel retailers, including JD.com and Hanesbrands.

François Renard, Amway
François Renard has joined Amway as chief marketing officer. Renard joins Amway from automaker Renault Group where he was global chief marketing officer. At Amway, he will focus on brand and digital experience. Renard’s marketing career of over 25 years began at Unilever’s personal care business. He was also CEO of its Kate Somerville brand.
Chris Reid, Plexus
Plexus Worldwide has promoted Chris Reid, previously vice president of compliance and general counsel, to chief legal officer. Reid will now lead legal, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, quality, and compliance teams. Reid joined Plexus in 2015 and has nearly 40 years of legal experience, including time at FreeLife International and Vemma.

Stephanie O’Farrell, Nature’s Sunshine
Stephanie O’Farrell has joined Nature’s Sunshine as vice president, marketing for North America, and has over 14 years of experience in brand marketing. O’Farrell recently was recognized as a Utah Business Journal “40 under 40” and previously served in leadership roles at Tafi and Molson Coors.
Guilherme Castellan, Natura &Co
Guilherme Castellan has transitioned to Group CFO of Natura &Co. He was announced as deputy CFO in March and succeeds Jose Antonio de Almeida Filippo. Castellan spent seven years at AB InBev group, and in his last position he was CFO at Budweiser Brewing Co. APAC Ltd.

Camelle Kent, Thirty-One
Thirty-One Gifts has named Camelle Kent as CEO. Kent assumes the role from Elizabeth Thibaudeau, who joined Thirty-One as acting CEO last July. Thibaudeau will remain a board member. Kent’s career spans over 25 years, and she has grown global brands including Gillette, Timberland, and Avon. Most recently, she was CEO at WellPet.
Dave Nash, 4Life
Dave Nash has been promoted to senior vice president of global markets at 4Life Research. Previously vice president of Greater China, Nash was hired by 4Life in 2018. He has spent considerable time in Asia on behalf of the company and will now continue his work in Asia while broadening his focus to include global sales and operations.

Blake Schroeder, Medical Marijuana
Medical Marijuana Inc., parent company of Kannaway, has appointed Blake Schroeder as CEO and president. Schroeder will replace Dr. Stuart Titus, who is semi-retiring. Schroeder joined the company in 2016 and was formerly CEO of Kannaway. He also has worked for Forevergreen and MonaVie.
