Peter Dale, Kannaway
Kannaway has promoted Peter Dale to global chief sales officer. Previously, Dale served as the company’s Japan division general manager. He will now oversee global sales and business development teams, processes, and strategies. Dale has more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience and has been with Kannaway since 2019.
Gene Tipps, Plexus
Gene Tipps has been promoted to president of global operations at Plexus Worldwide. Tipps will provide strategic leadership in R&D, IT, and procurement, as well as continue to lead operations. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at Plexus. Tipps’ 20-year career includes working with FFH Intl., Yevo, LifeVantage, and Zrii.
Garrett McGrath, The Happy Co.
The Happy Co. has promoted Garrett McGrath to CEO. Previously, McGrath served as president. He brings over 30 years’ experience to the role, as a master distributor for companies such as EvolvHealth and BAZI. McGrath is also president of the Association of Network Marketing Professionals.
Pamela Jones Harbour, Tupperware
Tupperware Brands has appointed Pamela Jones Harbour to its board. Harbour is a former FTC Commissioner and deputy attorney general of the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Her 35-year law career most recently included leading the compliance team at Herbalife.
Carl Aure, LifeVantage
LifeVantage Corp. has appointed Carl Aure as chief financial officer. Aure has spent over 24 years in finance and accounting, including over 15 years in direct selling. He will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, tax and treasury. Aure most recently served as chief accounting officer for NewAge Inc. Before that, he worked at Morinda and KPMG.
Dr. Philippe A. Souvestre, ASEA
Dr. Philippe A. Souvestre, MD, CES, CEA/PhD, RRP, RAc, ND, DMO, has joined ASEA’s Medical Professionals Board. In his almost four-decade-long career, Dr. Souvestre was a flight surgeon, pilot-physician, in-flight experimenter for the French Air Force, and a French astronaut candidate.

Meyer, who joined Stemtech in 2006, will be responsible for driving growth and expansion. Before Stemtech, he worked for Shaklee and Arbonne International for over 10 years.

Stein Ove Fenne has been named president of Yes You Can!. Fenne brings an over-20-year career in strategic change management, new business development and international market expansion to the role. A former officer and group president of Tupperware Brands, Fenne oversaw the operation of a billion-dollar-plus EMEA organization.
Nora Alonso, Yes You Can!
Yes You Can! has hired Nora Alonso as director of marketing, communications and public relations. With over 20 years of brand marketing and social networking experience at Tupperware Brands, Alonso most recently was director of communications, public relations, and production for the U.S. and Canada market.
Jennifer Grafton, NewAge
Jennifer Grafton has joined NewAge Inc. as senior vice president and general counsel. Previously, Grafton worked in a similar capacity for E2open Parent Holdings Inc. Before that, she worked with Westmoreland Companies and Kutak Rock & Berenbaum, where she focused on public company representation and mergers and acquisitions.
Cheryl Smith, Yes You Can!
Cheryl Smith has joined Yes You Can! as vice president of sales and leadership development. She brings over 35 years of experience in direct selling. Smith led independent Tupperware franchises in the U.S. and then moved to corporate, serving as vice president of sales and leadership at Tupperware U.S. and Canada.
Brett Merritt, DirectScale
DirectScale has named Brett Merritt as head of marketing. Merritt will focus on the overall marketing strategy and align marketing objectives with the company mission. He has been at DirectScale for nearly five years as a solution and product manager and has done software marketing for Workfront, Needle, and Consensus.
