Michael Nelson, Amway


Amway has appointed Michael Nelson as president and CEO. Nelson has spent over 30 years at Amway, leading strategy, supply chain, human resources, and technology. Most recently chief operating officer and chief people officer, he specializes in strategy, people management and development, and global operations. 

Amrita Asrani, Amway

Amway has named Amrita Asrani as chief marketing officer of its India business. Asrani brings over 25 years’ experience in consumer goods marketing, primarily in health and wellness. Most recently she served as global brand marketing director for fabric care and fashion at Reckitt. 

 

Kevin Fuller, Nature’s Sunshine

Nature’s Sunshine Products Inc. has hired Kevin Fuller as global chief marketing officer. Fuller has over 20 years of experience in marketing with a broad understanding of the dietary supplement industry. Most recently CMO for Helo, and MacuVu before that, he previously spent 15 years with Nu Skin.

 

Adam Day, eXp Realty

Adam Day has been promoted by eXp Realty to international expansion leader of U.K., Europe and India. With over 25 years in real estate, Day joined eXp Realty in 2019 to lead the launch and expansion of the U.K. market. He will continue to oversee growth within Europe, as well as Israel and Dubai. 

 

Krista Pacheco, eXp Realty

Krista Pacheco has been promoted to vice president of transaction operations at eXp Realty. Pacheco started as a transaction specialist at eXp Realty in 2017 and continued to grow. After 17 years in real estate, she will now lead the transaction operations team, delivering agent support and ensuring compliance with national regulations.

 

Andrea McAlister, Plexus

Plexus Worldwide has promoted Andrea McAlister to chief of staff, a newly created role. McAlister will oversee corporate strategy and human resources, drive operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across the executive team. With 25 years’ experience in finance, she joined Plexus in 2018.

 

Allana Hinks, Partner.Co

Allana Hinks has joined Partner.Co as general manager of Australia and New Zealand. With over 20 years spent in sales, marketing, leadership and management, Hinks has expertise in direct sales, retail, consumer goods, and e-commerce and has worked with LifeVantage and Modere. She is also a seasoned keynote speaker, coach and consultant.

 

 Wayne Moorehead, LifeWave

LifeWave has named Wayne Moorehead as global senior vice president of marketing. Moorehead has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, strategy, and branding for companies such as Young Living and Purple and is host of the “Direct Approach” podcast. He will lead LifeWave’s global marketing, digital and communication.

 

Travis Wilson, LifeWave

LifeWave has hired Travis Wilson as director of finance. Wilson has more than 20 years’ experience in finance, corporate accounting, budget and cash flow projections, data analysis, KPI reviews, and customer relationship management programs. Wilson will now lead the finance team, supporting growth and expansion.

 

Heath Tilley, Mōdere

Heath Tilley has joined Mōdere as senior vice president of global operations. Tilley has over 30 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in fast-moving consumer goods. With global expertise over food and beverage, nutrition, personal care and beauty and consumer durable, he has led in roles at Nestlé and Amway Global.

 

Cammie Taylor, Mōdere

Mōdere has named Cammie Taylor as chief people officer. Taylor brings over 20 years of human resources experience. With significant expertise within talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy, she has worked with companies such as TruHearing, Young Living Essential Oils, and the Utah County government.

 

Jeff Hildebrandt, Mōdere

Mōdere has hired Jeff Hildebrandt as senior vice president of global marketing. Hildebrandt has spent over 20 years leading marketing for companies such as LifeWave, Plexus Worldwide, Scentsy, and Melaleuca. He has also developed and executed strategies to help drive market innovation and revenue growth.

 

Rajendran Anbalagan, LifeVantage

LifeVantage Corp. has added Rajendran Anbalagan to its board of directors, succeeding environmental activist Erin Brockovich. With over 20 years’ experience managing and executing large technology and e-commerce programs, he is currently chief information and product transformation officer at Caesars Entertainment.

 

Nathan England, PayQuicker

PayQuicker has appointed Nathan England as its new client and partner success manager. England will be responsible for strategic partnerships and providing customer support solutions to PayQuicker’s clients. With over 20 years’ experience, he previously served nine years as a VP relationship manager at JPMorgan Chase.  

 

Jerilyn Passey, Momentum Factor

Jerilyn Passey has joined Momentum Factor as a senior account executive. With 14 years of business growth experience, including eight years as an account executive in the social selling industry, she brings expertise in building client relations and driving partner expansion. In her new role, Passey will provide sales and client support.
