Nikki Davis, Young Living

Nikki Davis has returned to Young Living as global head of social impact and philanthropy and executive director of The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation. Most recently, Davis co-founded and managed a social enterprise in South Africa. She had led the Young Living Foundation from 2014-2017 and before that was an international corporate attorney.

 

Eun-ja Shin, Amway 

Amway Korea has named Eun-ja Shin as CEO. Most recently chief marketing officer of the business, Shin joined Amway Korea in 1995 and was promoted to marketing executive for Amway Southeast Asia in 2014, before she became CMO of that region as well as Oceania in 2016.

 

Lori Burgher, Arbonne

Arbonne has hired Lori Burgher as chief marketing and growth officer. Burgher has 25 years of experience leading marketing and growth initiatives for direct sellers, including Green Compass, LifeWave, and Young Living. She will now guide the creation of Arbonne’s product innovation strategy, marketing plans and brand visibility initiatives.

 

Robert H. Peterman Jr., Primerica

Primerica Inc. has appointed Robert H. Peterman Jr. as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He succeeds Gregory C. Pitts, who is retiring. Peterman has spent 40 years with Primerica, having joined in 1984. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief distribution officer but has held various other leadership roles.

 

Samantha Toomey Ballard, Epicure 

Epicure has appointed Samantha Toomey Ballard as vice president of field development. Ballard has over 30 years’ experience in sales, including nine with Stella & Dot before working with ONEHOPE Wine and oHHo Botanicals. Bringing expertise in management, business development and strategic field training, she will also lead Epicure’s social strategy.  

 

Kim Drabik, Plexus

Kim Drabik, Plexus vice president of corporate affairs, has joined the Direct Selling Association board of directors. Drabik will also serve as chairman of the Member Services Committee. She has an extensive background in corporate affairs with 29 years spent at Amway. Drabik serves on the board of the Direct Selling Education Foundation.

 

Dan Calley, Partner.Co

Partner.Co has promoted Dan Calley to vice president of the U.S. With over 26 years’ experience with the company, Calley previously served as vice president of global commissions with expertise in compensation plans. He started with Morinda Inc. in the late 1990s with a focus on teaching, coaching and designing promotions.

 

Angie Thompson, Zilis

Zilis has appointed Angie Thompson as the new owner and CEO. Thompson co-founded the company in 2015 and will lead Zilis into a new phase of growth and innovation. She has over 20 years’ experience in both the corporate and field sides of the industry with expertise in events, human resources, and Ambassador support.

 

Russ Bowers, cabi

Russ Bowers has joined cabi as chief financial officer. Bowers brings over 30 years of experience in fashion, working over 15 years in CFO roles for PacSun, Eddie Bauer, Hanna Andersson, and Guess. His background includes leading businesses and teams through periods of growth, transformative change, and successful transactions. 

 

Addie Rintel, cabi 

Cabi has hired Addie Rintel as chief merchant officer. Rintel has spent 18 years in the retail industry working with brands including Anthropologie, Lucky Brand, and PacSun. In her role at cabi, she will lead innovative strategies that reinforce product planning, buying, and sourcing to support cabi’s independent Stylists. 

 

Meredith Tieszen, cabi

Cabi has named Meredith Tieszen as president of field. Tieszen joins with over 20 years of experience in social selling, including founding Let’s Do Tea and working with Rodan + Fields, Solvasa, and It Works! In this new role, she will bring expertise in strategic planning, field training and program design.

 

Oliver Dibblee, Xyngular

Xyngular has hired Oliver Dibblee as president. Dibblee has more than 15 years of experience in consumer product goods (CPG). He most recently served as chief growth officer at Amare Global, and Nature’s Sunshine before that. His expertise centers on growth strategies, including global programs, sales tools and business intelligence.

 

Mark A. Zorko, Nu Skin

Mark A. Zorko has joined Nu Skin Enterprises’ board of directors. Zorko will also serve on Nu Skin’s audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee. He is a principal with Brentwood Advisory Group, a firm he co-founded, and he has also held executive roles with Steel Excel, DGT Holdings, and others.

Christian Halper, Healy World

Healy World Co-Founder Christian Halper has taken on the role of CEO. Halper founded the wellness technology company alongside Marcus Schmieke, a spiritualist and researcher of quantum physics, in 2018. Halper will now prioritize taking the company through the next phase of growth. He is also the owner of a vegetarian restaurant.

 

Dr. Vincent C. Giampapa, Healthy Home

Dr. Vincent Giampapa, M.D., an expert in cellular health and anti-aging, has joined the new Scientific Advisory Board of Healthy Home. Dr. Giampapa is a co-founder of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and was nominated for a Nobel Prize in 2014 for his research into cellular restoration technology.
