
Cindy Monroe has joined L’BRI Pure & Natural as executive vice president of strategic growth. Monroe, who founded Thirty-One Gifts in 2003 and is an industry thought leader, has made this her “next big step” after her company closed in 2024. L’BRI, founded in 1998, provides aloe-first natural skincare and wellness products.

Terrence Moorehead, president and CEO of Nature’s Sunshine Products Inc. since 2018, has announced he is stepping down from his role. Moorehead will continue to lead the company until a successor has been appointed. In the meantime, Nature’s Sunshine has initiated a search for the role.
The Direct Selling Association (DSA) has elected USANA President and CEO Jim Brown to its board of directors. He will serve a three-year term. Brown has spent over 25 years as an industry leader with 19 years at USANA. This includes serving as president, chief operating officer, and chief production officer.
Alejandro García, 4Life
4Life General Manager of Ecuador Alejandro García has been appointed president of the Ecuador Association of Direct Sales and will serve 2025-2027. García has been in his role at 4Life since he joined in 2021. Recognized for his integrity and commitment to the industry, he will focus on building credibility in his new capacity.
Partner.Co has hired Takehiro Sogo as its new sales director for Japan. Born in Tokyo, Sogo started his career in real estate before entering direct sales. He has served as sales director for another company for the past nine years. Now, Sogo will support Partner.Co Brand Partners and drive growth through innovative promotions.
Partner.Co has named Bianca Cosentino as senior director of sales and marketing in Australia and New Zealand. Cosentino has spent 18 years overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service for direct sellers in the region. She started her career with Amway and went on to lead sales for USANA, Amare Global, and Modere.
Partner.Co has made Jose Villar its regional director of field development for the Asia-Pacific market. Villar has decades of international experience, leading the launch and expansion of markets across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. He will now guide strategic growth in the APAC region and boost engagement.

Immunologist Mark R. Bartlett, Ph.D., has joined MAKE Wellness as co-founder and chief scientific officer. Dr. Bartlett has over 30 years of experience in nutritional science, health, and wellness. Known for merging cutting-edge research with high-impact product development, he has led research and development for Nu Skin and Young Living, among others.

MAKE Wellness has named Tyler Whitehead as co-founder and chief operating officer. Whitehead has had a long direct selling career, including 17 years at Nu Skin. He also founded his own consultancy and most recently served as CEO of Arbonne. Now he will bring his expertise in technology to build out systems.
Marketing platform Nowsite has hired Shellie Sullivan as chief growth officer. Sullivan is known for her strategic leadership working more than 20 years in the industry. With understanding of both the field and corporate sides, she spent time at Avon, Rodan + Fields, and Urban Retreat. She will lead Nowsite’s expansion strategy.
Nu Skin Enterprises has added James Winett to its board of directors. With over 30 years in finance, strategy, and operations, Winett is co-founder and a managing member of SIZE, advising entrepreneurs and investors. Before that he was managing director of DPAA Group, a boutique consultancy firm.
Chanelle Jepson has returned to Xyngular as senior vice president of product development. With over 15 years’ experience in health and wellness, Jepson has spent her career in nutritional biochemistry and functional nutrition. Most recently she served as vice president of product development at Clean Simple Eats and before that had been at Xyngular.

Stanecia Graham has joined The Super Patch Co. as head of athlete relations. Graham will also be a field builder, leading and mentoring her own organization of distributors. As head of athlete relations, the former professional basketball player will reinforce the company’s stimulant-free performance patch.
