Stephan Gratziani, Herbalife

Herbalife Ltd. has named Stephan Gratziani as CEO in a succession plan. Gratziani spent over 32 years as a top global Herbalife distributor before being appointed chief strategy officer in 2023 and president in 2024. Since joining the corporate office, Gratziani has led key initiatives to modernize the business and redefine direct selling.

 

Rob Levy, Herbalife 

Herbalife Ltd. has promoted Rob Levy to president of worldwide markets. Levy has held several senior leadership roles over his 30-year career at Herbalife, including leading every region at some point. He is currently responsible for business, strategy, sales and marketing. All regional managing directors will report to Levy.

 

Dr. Lucy Gildea, Mary Kay

Mary Kay Inc. has promoted Lucy Gildea, Ph.D., to chief brand and scientific officer. Dr. Gildea joined Mary Kay in 2017 to improve product innovation and organizational efficiencies. Previously, Gildea spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble. Now she will focus on Mary Kay’s brand identity while building out a new operating model.

 

Dr. Kathryn Armstrong, USANA

USANA Health Sciences Inc. has named Kathryn Armstrong, Ph.D., as chief scientific officer. Most recently, USANA’s executive vice president of research and development, Armstrong has over 17 years of experience, including as co-owner of a product development consulting firm and executive roles at Amway, Bissell Homecare, and Whirlpool.

 

Travis Miller, BeFra Group

The BeFra Group has appointed Travis Miller as head of Betterware U.S. Miller brings extensive executive experience in business development, including nearly 10 years in direct selling with Amare Global and Young Living. He specializes in establishing and expanding new markets and improving operational efficiencies.

 

Todd Thompson, LifeVantage 

Todd Thompson has joined LifeVantage Corp. as chief information and innovation officer. Thompson brings over 30 years of experience driving transformative technology solutions and business growth. He most recently served as EVP and chief information officer at doTerra International.

 

Kimberlie Harrell, pawTree

Kimberlie Harrell has joined pawTree as national sales director. Harrell brings over 20 years’ experience in sales and 12 within direct selling. Starting in the field, she has expertise in sales revenue generation, business development, leadership development, and sales and marketing, having worked with Amare Global, Rodan + Fields, and Willing Beauty.

 

Kathy Blosser, AdvoCare 

AdvoCare has hired Kathy Blosser as vice president of supply chain and operations. Blosser has over 20 years of experience in finance and supply chain management, most recently at Galderma Laboratories. There she held various leadership roles over 17 years. Blosser will now lead AdvoCare’s supply chain strategy, operations and quality control.

 

Katie A. May, Nature’s Sunshine 

Katie A. May has joined the board of directors at Nature’s Sunshine Products Inc. May was previously founder and CEO of Kidspot, an Australian online publisher. As former CEO of Stamps.com/ShippingEasy and Shipworks before retirement, she has significant executive experience in scaling and leading high-growth B2C, e-commerce, and logistics companies.

 

Dr. Marco Ruggiero, 4Life 

4Life Research has added Marco Ruggiero, M.D., Ph.D., to its Health Sciences Advisory Board. Dr. Ruggiero is a specialist in diagnostic radiology with a Ph.D. in molecular biology. With training in chemical, biological and nuclear defense, he served as a lieutenant medical officer for the Italian army under the auspices of NATO.

 

Sharif Sayed, Le-Vel

Sharif Sayed has joined Le-Vel as brand and e-commerce performance director. Sayed’s background includes leadership within health care, a non-profit, and direct sales, including expertise in technology and e-commerce. In his role, Sayed will develop strategies that leverage AI to boost customer retention, drive sales growth and create innovative process systems.

 

Scott Sherriff, New Image Group

New Image Group has hired Scott Sherriff as managing director. Sherriff has spent over 30 years in pharmaceutical and fast-moving consumer goods with senior leadership roles at companies such as Bayer, Novartis, and Aroa Biosurgery. Sherriff will guide daily operations and take on more responsibilities from Executive Chairman and Founder Graeme Clegg.

 

Imelda Vital, Seldia

Seldia, the European Direct Selling Association, has named Imelda Vital as executive director. Vital most recently served as interim executive director for the past year. Before that she was Amway’s head of government affairs in Europe while also supporting Seldia and the channel through advocacy and consulting for 30 years.

 

Gregg Corella, Ordergroove

Ordergroove has appointed Gregg Corella as general manager, direct selling channel. Corella brings over 30 years of experience in direct selling. He started as an independent distributor before transitioning into ownership and sales leadership roles with Go Solo Technologies, VideoPlus, and most recently served over 11 years as vice president of sales at Exigo.
