Mary Kay Inc. has named Tara Eustace its chief opportunity and sales officer. Eustace has been with Mary Kay since 1993 and has served in various leadership positions worldwide. She most recently spearheaded its expansions into Hungary and Kyrgyzstan. Now she will lead the newly formed Global Opportunity and Sales organization.

BeFra, formerly Betterware de México, has hired Rodrigo Muñoz as chief financial officer. Muñoz has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership within multinational companies, including retail, services, telecommunications and banking. He will now lead BeFra’s finance area, employing financial and cost discipline to optimize its capital structure and financing costs.
Following an anticipated restructuring process, Natura &Co plans to integrate into its subsidiary Natura Cosmeticos. Natura &Co CEO Fabio Barbosa would then become chairman of the new parent company. Joao Paulo Ferreira, Natura Cosmeticos CEO, and Silvia Vilas Boas, Natura Cosmeticos CFO, would remain in their roles and lead the new company.
Jon L. Voskuil has been promoted to managing director of Amway ESAN (Europe, Southern Africa, Australia and New Zealand). Voskuil has over 30 years of global leadership experience and will lead the region, steering business performance, distributor partnership and go-to-market strategies. Previously, he served as global VP of strategy and corporate development.
Jesse Hill, eXp World Holdings
Jesse Hill has been named interim chief financial officer for eXp World Holdings Inc., the holding company for eXp Realty. Hill most recently served as vice president, international finance and Corporate FP&A of eXp Realty. Current Principal Financial Officer Kent Cheng will now transition to an advisory role.

Manuel Ramirez Garcia, director of global sales and field development, will spearhead global sales strategy.

Sharran Srivatsaa, president of The Real Brokerage Inc., will transition from his role as president to member of its board of directors, effective June 1. An entrepreneur, investor and speaker, he will now prioritize representing Real’s agents while working on a seamless transition.
Ralf Jager, Ph.D., MBA, FISSN, has joined the Scientific Advisory Board of Canada’s Coral Club. Jaeger is a postdoctoral scholar in bio-organic chemistry at the California Institute of Technology. As a recognized expert in pro-, pre-, and postbiotics, he began his career with SKW/Degussa. He is also a speaker, inventor and certified sports nutritionist.
Michael Lelah, Ph.D., MSc, MBA, has been added to Coral Club’s Scientific Advisory Board. Lelah holds multiple patents and contributes to the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA). He specializes in the entire supply chain, from agricultural sourcing to consumer product innovation. His research includes biochemistry, cardiovascular health, and analytical chemistry.
Canada’s Coral Club has appointed Tory Parker, Ph.D., MS, to its Scientific Advisory Board. Parker is a nutritional scientist, educator, and product development professional with a focus on innovation through food processing, food chemistry, and human nutrition. He has developed more than 100 products, published over 30 peer-reviewed scientific papers, and holds one patent.
Dani Balogun has joined IYOVIA as vice president of global expansion and business development. With a background in global market development, leadership training, and team-building, Balogun has worked with ACN and founded his own company, Sulex International. He will now develop growth strategies and strengthen leadership teams.
