EXp Realty has promoted Nadia Habib to managing director of eXp Realty Canada. Helping build the brokerage’s national presence, Habib has led expansion efforts in key provinces such as Québec. She will now oversee growth of the Canadian business, enhance agent experience, and build regional alignment.
EXp Realty has appointed Mindy Grubb as executive director of eXtend a Hand, the company’s charitable foundation. With over 20 years in real estate, including Keller Williams, Grubb will still serve as vice president of events, while leading the foundation’s strategic vision, operations and outreach for eXp family members facing crises.

Partner.Co has hired Joshua Plant, Ph.D., as chief science officer. Dr. Plant has spent over 13 years in nutritional supplements. Earning a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from Harvard, he helped conduct cancer research at the National Institutes of Health and has served as CSO for Zija and Isagenix.

Tyler Whitehead has become a co-founder of MAKE Wellness. Whitehead is founder and CEO of a direct selling consultancy firm and has spent most of his career with Nu Skin. He recently served as CEO of Arbonne and brings strategies for hybrid business models to his leadership role.

With over 15 years’ experience in investor relations, capital markets, and financial strategy, Javi joined Real in 2023 as vice president of investor relations and financial planning and analysis. Since then, he has helped shape the company’s financial strategy.

Manyam has vast experience in global affairs and public policy, providing strategic communications for governments, NGOs, and international organizations.
