Asma Ishaq, Shaklee

Asma Ishaq has joined Shaklee as CEO of its new subsidiary, Liquid Collagen Acquisition Corp. This is the result of Shaklee’s acquisition of Modere’s products and intellectual property, including LiquidBioCell Collagen, which Ishaq created. She has spent more than 25 years in beauty and health and previously served as Modere’s CEO.

 

Stuart MacMillan, PM-International

PM-International has named Stuart MacMillan as President PM-International Americas. A seasoned direct selling executive, MacMillan has over 30 years of leadership experience having served as president at MONAT Global and Immunotec, among others.

 

 

 

Jesse Hill, eXp Realty

EXp World Holdings, the holding company for eXp Realty, has appointed Jesse Hill as chief financial officer. Hill had been serving as Interim CFO since April and was vice president of international finance and corporate FP&A before that. He joined eXp in 2019 after time at Walt Disney, Nissan, and General Motors.

 

Dave Nash, 4Life

Dave Nash has been promoted to chief global operations officer of 4Life. With over 25 years of experience, including residence in Greater China, he will oversee 4Life’s global operational strategy across all markets. Nash joined 4Life in 2018 and has held numerous leadership roles, most recently, senior vice president of global sales for Asia.

 

Preston Richards, 4Life

4Life has promoted Preston Richards to chief sales officer. With more than 30 years of experience, Richards joined 4Life in 2010 and has worked in regions throughout the world, leading in numerous roles. He most recently served as senior vice president of global sales – Europe, Eurasia and the Americas.

 

David Chung, Amare Global

David Chung, owner and chairman of Amare Global, has taken on the role of CEO. A serial entrepreneur, Chung has built brands such as Farmacy Beauty and iLABS Inc., developed cutting-edge innovation, and led high-performance teams. He will focus on expanding innovation, driving global growth and deepening Amare’s impact in the industry.

 

Peter Griscom, It Works!

It Works! has appointed Peter Griscom as president and chief operating officer. Griscom has spent over 10 years in direct selling and has worked in consumer goods launching, leading and restructuring companies as well as creating efficiency. He previously served as the company’s senior vice president of global operations.

 

Quinn Bailey, It Works! 

It Works! has promoted Quinn Bailey to chief financial officer. Bailey started with It Works! in 2019 and has served as vice president of tax. He leads the company’s global tax strategy and compliance efforts throughout complex international markets and has initiated automation initiatives to further provide efficiency in financial operations.

  

Justin Call, THREE

Justin Call has joined THREE International as chief growth officer. Call has more than 20 years’ experience in sales, including executive leadership within the direct selling industry with companies such as IDLife and WorldVentures. In his new role, he will lead growth strategy and execution while focusing on systems, communication, and culture.

 

Ashley Collins, Jordan Essentials

Jordan Essentials has hired Ashley Collins as fractional chief marketing officer. Collins has broad industry experience within the wellness, nutrition and beauty sectors, including 17 years with USANA. She has spent years scaling global product launches, contributing her strategic vision to market expansion and strengthening daily business operations.

 

Sarah Bjorgaard, Xyngular

Xyngular has appointed Sarah Bjorgaard as chief sales officer. Bjorgaard has over 30 years of health and wellness experience, with over 20 years as a field leader before leading as a corporate executive for companies such as Plexus Worldwide, Young Living Essential Oils, and Amare Global.

 

  

Milo Acosta, Sisel

Sisel International has named Milo Acosta as vice president of global sales. Acosta joined Sisel in 2017 and has spent over 28 years in direct sales, having worked with QSciences, eXfuze, and Tahitian Noni. He will now lead global sales strategy, distributor engagement and field development initiatives across Sisel’s expanding markets.

 

Vivian Chung-Patterson, Partner.Co 

Partner.Co has promoted Vivian Chung-Patterson to senior vice president of marketing. Since joining the company, Chung-Patterson has led its global marketing strategy as well as incentive trips and event execution. She will continue to lead the global marketing team.

 

Alain Le Grelle, Partner.Co 

Alain Le Grelle has been promoted to senior vice president of field development for Partner.Co’s EMEA market. Le Grelle has a direct selling career spanning 30 years, working in the EMEA for companies such as NewAge, ARIIX and Juice Plus+. His leadership has given the region its most profitable months to date.
