Wisconsin-based cookware company RegalWare sold its Kitchen Fair brand, which has been in the portfolio since 1984, to R2 Venture Solutions Inc. and Townecraft Homewares. RegalWare will continue to manufacture the low-water, low-oil cookware products in its West Bend facility. Rafael Ramirez, president and CEO of Townecraft Homewares says the Kitchen Fair brand is a strategic distribution channel for the direct seller in the Mexican, Central and South American, and Caribbean markets. He adds Kitchen Fair will operate as a separate and independent brand with Townecraft Homewares serving as the managing operational entity.
