We will finish the year stronger than ever because we focused on two main factors: expanding into new markets and growing our product line. Expansion gave new financial opportunities to the millions of people forced to work from home. South Korea, one of Asili’s largest markets, recovered quickly from COVID-19, and conditions were improving as the virus hit our many Latin American, European, and other Asian markets. Diversifying our product line opened doors for Asili Ambassadors who are able to meet more customer needs. More nutrition solutions means better health for Ambassadors and their families, and a wider audience to market to.

Our biggest win has to be everything our dedicated employees and incredible consultants accomplished as an adaptive remote workforce during a global pandemic. Couple that with the fact that we launched the largest business transformation of Nature’s Sunshine’s 48-year history in September, and it’s even more impressive. Through it all, our team was able to adapt and collaborate—not only keeping us fully operational throughout the pandemic, but also successfully advancing us through the initial phases of our transformation. We stayed the course, navigated a complex environment, and worked tirelessly to ensure we successfully met the increasing consumer demand for our products without interruption.

In a year full of uncertainty, our ability to pivot our business to address the needs of our consumers and create a space of opportunity during a challenging time—and most importantly, doing so while ensuring our employees can safely continue to balance life and work—is a win far beyond that of our unprecedented growth. Building a business with so many avenues of opportunity for others is one of the things I am most proud of, and as we head into what is going to be a very different holiday season for so many, it’s more important than ever before.

Xendurance took the approach of getting their teams moving in 2020! They launched a new program called XND IN MOTION. Team Members download the Team XND App and click on the XND IN MOTION tab, and a prompt has you submit your motion for the day; running, swimming, cycling or walking your dog. At the end of your 21st day, you submit a testimonial. All of those named for each 21-day challenge have a chance to win $1,000 every Monday! We have had more than 25 winners so far!

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally shifted the traditional offline sales methods used within the direct selling industry to a predominantly online model. In response, I led the introduction of innovative digital marketing campaigns and recruited an entirely new segment of online-focused distributors. The results far exceeded expectations. Based on our unprecedented growth this year from these new campaigns, along with the success and popularity of them among our distributors, our company will continue leveraging these campaigns into 2021 and beyond.

It feels funny to think about wins in 2020, because this year has been anything but normal! Our biggest win has been seeing the explosion of e-commerce in direct sales. With a year as turbulent as this one, it is amazing to see the space accelerate and find success. As the world began to socially distance and work remotely, the focus on e-commerce payment solutions became a necessity overnight for any business to survive. Here at Nexio, even in uncertain times, we knew our direct sales partners needed new solutions that drove results for today, and that provided growth and stability for tomorrow.
