Implementing the right training and coaching to distributors whether it’s someone newer or a seasoned distributor is challenging but key. Newer distributors make up most violations we see, it makes training and educating their generation early on important. On the other end of the spectrum, we have our seasoned distributors who have been working their direct selling business for years and years and are pretty set in their ways of how they talk about and work their businesses and it’s difficult and proves more challenging to train their generation because they are unlearning and learning at the same time.
