Scott Nixon, USANA
Scott Nixon, CPA, has rejoined USANA’s board of directors after a three-year voluntary assignment for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brazil. Before that, he was an independent director of USANA from 2017- 2019. He had retired in 2015 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) after 31 years.
Jim Van Ingen, Tupperware
Tupperware has appointed Jim Van Ingen as executive vice president of supply chain. Van Ingen will bring global operational expertise, turnaround experience, and supply chain leadership to the role. Most recently, he was president of the Automotive Powertrain Components business at Novares Group. Before that, he was president and CEO of Bway Corp.
Patrick O’Neill, eXp Realty
eXp World Holdings Inc. has appointed Patrick O’Neill as chief operating officer of eXp Realty. O’Neill will work to enhance agent experience, operational workflow, and eXp operations. He has more than 25 years of experience with high-growth technology businesses and was previously chief technology officer for Xome LLC.
Stein Ove Fenne, J.Hilburn
J.Hilburn has named Stein Ove Fenne as its new CEO. He will succeed Dave DeFeo, who is retiring after serving as CEO since 2019. Fenne is a direct selling veteran with over 25 years’ experience leading global businesses. Most recently, he was president of Yes You Can and served 17 years at Tupperware.
Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar, Medifast
Medifast, parent of direct selling brand OPTAVIA, has added Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar, Ph.D., to its Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Dhurandhar is a physician and nutritional biochemist with over 38 years of experience focused on treating obesity. He is a professor and chair of the nutritional sciences department at Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.
Dr. Graham Thomas, Medifast
Dr. Graham Thomas has joined Medifast’s Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Thomas is a professor of psychiatry and human behavior at the Brown Alpert Medical School and associate director of the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center of The Miriam Hospital. His research focuses on the use of technology in treating health behaviors.
Dr. Jessica Unick, Medifast
Medifast has appointed Dr. Jessica Unick to its Scientific Advisory Board. She is an associate professor (research) of psychiatry and human behavior at the Brown Medical School/Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center. Her weight-loss research focuses on adapting behavioral interventions for early non-responders and the impact of physical activity.
Justin Call, IDLife
Justin Call has joined IDLife as chief sales officer. In this role, Call will lead the company’s growth strategy, working closely with the field force to drive sales. He is a seasoned direct selling executive with 20 years of experience, including holding senior executive positions with ViSalus, WorldVentures, Seacret Direct, and DreamTrips.
Rajneesh Chopra, Immunotec
Immunotec has named Rajneesh Chopra as chief commercial officer, a new role created to facilitate better consultant and customer support. Chopra’s prior experience includes serving 25 years at Amway, most recently as chief sales officer. In his new role, he will help Immunotec expand to new markets around the world.
Matthew Thayer, DRIVEN Trading
New direct seller DRIVEN Trading has hired Matthew Thayer as executive vice president of global sales. Thayer started his network marketing career with WorldVentures and then found his way into trading. Through his success, he created the CashTrap trading strategy. He has now rebranded his trading system, launching NITRO by DRIVEN.

Colleen Leithman, director legal and corporate secretary at AVON Canada, is now Board Chair, and Gina Bresciani, director of Canadian operations and customer service at USANA Health Sciences, is Past-Chair.
