Allied Market Research reported the use of food delivery mobile app services is expected to grow globally to $16.6 billion by 2023.
The estimation is in part credited to the prediction of a wider use of the internet and online apps in developing countries over the next few years. Mobile apps such as Postmates, Uber Eats, Grubhub and Doordash are expected to enhance marketing strategies and advertising in the years to come, the report predicted.
