The General Assembly of Seldia, the European Direct Selling Association, has announced the adoption of a revised version of the European Codes of Conduct for Direct Selling and a Guide on disclosure and recognisability of the commercial nature of direct selling social media content.
Member Associations will have until the end of the year (December 31, 2021) to transpose new codes provisions locally, and companies will have until 30 June 2022 to reflect the European and national changes in their material and practice.
