Natura & Co is adding a “bankarization” element to the list of perks it offers its beauty consultants.
Consultants will now have the capability of withdrawing, depositing and transferring, and accessing a point of sales system all through an embedded interface both on Natura’s website and its mobile app. The proceeds from sales will be directly deposited into consultants’ accounts.
The initiative will also offer microcredit through the app, allowing consultants to purchase Natura products on credit. The new interface will first be tested on the company’s 1.1 million Brazilian beauty consultants in the first half of 2019.
