LulaRoe, the $2.3 billion direct sellers of leggings and apparel, faces more than a dozen lawsuits for issues ranging from pyramid scheme allegations to warehouse worker suits to defective products claims. The largest suit against the six year-old company is a proposed class action in which participants allege the company focused on selling inventory to consultants rather than encouraging customers to purchase the clothing.
