Amway and Tata Consultancy Services of India have entered into a strategic partnership where Tata, an IT services provider, will revamp the company’s global technology operations. Seeing the need to transform its IT operations to accelerate growth and enhance the user experience, Amway sought out TCS for its expertise in the retail and consumer goods industry, as well as its focus on building a partnership, rather than simply serving as a vendor. Amway’s new system will include self-healing capabilities, chatbots, self-help and improvements to its service desk mobile app.
