Our new Theorem customer mobile app. This app allows our customers to receive exclusive promotions, order products and manage their Subscribe & Save orders. We are using the app to speak directly to our customers about promotions allowing them to receive exclusives they otherwise might have missed if being sent via email or other legacy ways. To execute our customer-first strategy, we needed a customer-focused app. The past 15 months we were mostly homebound, however, in the coming months and years ahead, we are going to be more mobile than ever. This allows our customers to stay connected on the go.
